All our services are by appointment only. To secure the appointment, a credit card may be required. Should you need to cancel your appointment, we request a 24-hour notice to allow us to reschedule your therapist. Guests who arrive late will receive the balance of their treatment time and be charged in full. We will try to accommodate you as possible without delaying the next guest.

Please note that you will be charged the full cost of the service should you not cancel according to our policy.
