Dr. Joseph M. Arzadon
Dr. Joseph M. Arzadon, an oral, maxillofacial and facial cosmetic surgeon, migrated to the United States in 1973. He was raised in Alexandria, VA, where he went to local elementary and high school. He received his undergraduate degree in Zoology from the George Washington University, graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School Of Dentistry, and received his Medical Degree from the University of Connecticut School Of Medicine. He completed his internship in General Surgery and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Connecticut Health Center where he completed his training in 1996. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, and member of both the American Dental Association and the American Medical Association. He is licensed in both Medicine and Dentistry, and certified in both Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery.
Starting out as an associate in 1996, Dr. Arzadon quickly gained trust and confidence from his colleagues and patients. In October 1997, he founded Northern Virginia Surgical Arts with the opening of the first office in Arlington, and then in December 2000, the second office was established in Gainesville. In June 2002, the cosmetic practice was expanded with the opening of The Spa Clinic in Gainesville. In September 2006, the third office was opened in Manassas Park. Most recently, he was voted “Top Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons” in the Northern Virginia area by Washingtonian Magazine. He has privileges at the Washington Hospital Center. His special interests are facial cosmetic, dental implant, and reconstructive surgery. In his 10 years of practice, Dr. Arzadon has performed over a thousand facial cosmetic procedures and placed thousands of dental implants along with major bone grafting as well as routine oral surgery and maxillofacial surgeries.
In his spare time, Dr. Arzadon volunteers as Chief Medical Officer of the Philippine-American Medical Mission of the Metro-Washington DC Area, also known as Medical Mission of Mercy, USA. This is a non-profit health organization, which provides free medical, surgical and dental care to poverty stricken people in the Philippines. To date, MMOM USA has treated more than 30,000 patients in their 10 years of existence. Dr. Arzadon has been an active volunteer to the medical missions in the Philippines, providing cleft lip and palate surgery since 1997, and has personally treated over 300 patients with cleft lip and palate.
He met his wife, Catherine Panlilio, M.D., during a medical mission. They are blessed with 3 children, Christopher, Robbie and Lauren Marie. They live in Falls Church, VA, where he enjoys gardening and keeping koi ponds.
Dr. Arzadon remains current with the newer techniques in the field of maxillofacial and cosmetic surgery through continuing education. He believes in treating patients in the same way as he would his family, and that listening is the key to a successful outcome.

Jackie Martinez
Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Laser Specialist
Jackie has over 12 years of experience and truly enjoys helping people feel good about their appearance and skin.
Specialized in medical skin care and laser rejuvenation, she is able to customize the right treatments to address your specific skin needs from hydrating to treating problem areas such as acne, uneven skin tone, and texture. These treatments include: chemical peels, microdermabrasion, skin resurfacing, skin tightening, IPL photo treatments, laser hair removal, and tattoo removal.
She stays up to date and current with all the latest aesthetic cosmetic procedures and new products & regularly attends educational courses.
Jhett A. Epp
Business Manager
With a degree in Accounting, Jhett spent 20+ years in corporate Finance working for major companies. After returning from living in Grand Cayman for 2.5 years and with two young boys to care for, she took the opportunity to oversee The Spa Clinic in 2001 to provide her with more flexibility and time with her sons. She firmly believes that any product sold at The Spa Clinic must be tested by its own staff to ensure products will deliver the results they claim, laser machines are well-maintained and staff are well trained and certified. Jhett travels to the Philippines annually as a volunteer with the Medical Mission of Mercy USA (MMOM USA). In addition to The Spa Clinic, Jhett also manages the sister office, Northern Virginia Surgical Arts.
Myra Ferri
Licensed Master Esthetician
Myra is the Spa Coordinator and Supervisor at The Spa Clinic where she oversees daily operations at the state-of-the-art surgery centers. She graduated with a Masters degree in esthetics from Esthetic Institute and is licensed by the Virginia Board for Cosmetology to work as a master esthetician.
Myra’s passion is to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and informed, and to coordinate with the The Spa Clinic’s medical team to make you look and feel great. You can trust her knowledge of the latest skin treatments such as Morpheus8, experience with facial care regimens, and attention to client care to provide you with outstanding results. Myra began her career in skin rejuvenation and facial care at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa where she provided spa and advanced clinical facials treatments to select clientele.
Delia Pomeroy
Registered Nurse
Delia Pomeroy is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from George Mason University. She is a Certified Medical Surgical Nurse (CMSRN) as well as Wound and Skincare Certified (WCC). She is currently completing her master’s degree program to earn a dual degree in business administration and nursing. Delia has extensive experience with over 20 years of experience in acute hospital care setting, medical surgical nursing, progressive care, pediatric care, orthopedic care as well as wound care, medical spa treatments and high quality skin care. As a highly trained nurse by profession, Nurse Delia specializes in non-surgical medical spa treatments such as laser skin treatments, radiofrequency with micro needling, intense pulse light treatments, chemical peels, high quality facial treatments, fillers and neuromodulators. With a strong clinical foundation and a thirst for education with evidence based practices, her goal is to restore, optimize and enhance one’s natural vibrancy.
Catherine P. Arzadon
Certified Laser and Skin Care Specialist
Catherine is a certified Laser and Skin Care specialist with 12 years experience.
She specializes in non-invasive and minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedures (facials, IPL, skin tightening, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, skin resurfacing, etc). She is able to customize your treatments to address and treat acne, scars, skin laxity, hyperpigmentation, sun damage and improving your skin’s tone and texture.
She keeps up to date with current medical aesthetics, products, procedures, devices and treatments to help her clients look and feel their best.
